Le Philippeau
The Philippeau cottage owes its name to the character adorning its ridge: Philippeau, who lied so much it was said that he could play the trumpet with his nose!
This house takes its name from the glazed ceramic figure that adorns its roof ridge: Philippeau lied so much that his nose became longer and longer and he could play the trumpet with it!
The house is relatively large and is adjacent to another holiday home. One of the three entrance areas also houses a cloakroom, a shower and a toilet.
The whole thing is dominated by a large room that also serves as a living room and dining room. What immediately catches the eye here is an impressive fireplace, whose ornaments depict the Annunciation of Mary in relief.
Next to it is an open but independent kitchen.
On the floor above there are three bedrooms, one of which has a mezzanine with a child's bed, as well as a bathroom and a toilet.
The Philippeau can easily accommodate 6 to 9 people.
The outdoor area consists of a small courtyard bordered by the old walls of the Manoir's barn.
The Manoir area is of course also accessible to our guests.
