Le Manoir du Parc d'Ourville has been owned by the Groupement Foncier Agricole (GFA) des Vicklands since December 1998. The shareholders of this GFA are Valentin and Laetitia Giard. The Limited Liability Agricultural Operation (EARL) Le Manoir du Parc operates the lands and buildings of Parc d'Ourville.

A Headquarters For Farming and Livestock
Laetitia and Valentin Giard are farmers as part of the management of EARL le Manoir du Parc.
Married since 2003, they are parents of 3 children (Philippe, Louise and Aurélien).
The Manoir du Parc d’Ourville is therefore the headquarters of a mixed farming and livestock operation whose main activities are:
- Breeding of Charolais cattle and La Hague Roussin sheep (ORGANIC farms)
- Farm tourism with stays in lodges and visits to the manor and farm.
Most of the EARL's financial income is devoted to major rescue and restoration work on the manorial complex of Ourville Park, listed in the Supplementary Inventory of Historic Monuments (ISMH), which was in a state of repair. danger advanced in 1998.
